- Records: It’s part of our process to provide you with a copy of your patient’s medical records. Records are emailed to your practice and uploaded to the vet portal. If you have questions or need to obtain specific records, please email us at lbaeinfo@thrivepet.com
- Vet Portal: use our vet portal to access your patients’ records, select your communication preferences, and be notified of your patients' visits to our hospital.
